It is intended to circulate “honorable mention” of a wide cross-section of action on this particular blockchain, in order to advance the entire community in the public eye, by lightly reviewing and rewarding key players as they surface through a fairly initiated electoral process. It is a “1st run” of an awards ceremony based on public Twitter polls sponsored primarily by C3 Media. But as such, its scope can only reach so far. Several categories may be contestable by other metrics. The electoral process is an imperfect model for providing a consensus view in some regards. In the spirit of sportsmanship and goodwill, therefore, ALL of the platforms and people mentioned ARE the real winners. This is primarily an effort to survey a decentralized ecosystem and begin to name emerging and successful efforts.
